Performance characteristics of produced PCE basing on HPEG： 

PPEG react with unsaturated Acid such as  Acrylic Acid，Maleic Anhydride. The produced PCE has features of high ratio of effect-cost,high rate of water reducing, good slump retention and excellent durability.

·high ratio of effect-cost. When reaching the same water reducing rate, smaller dosage , higher ratio of effect-cost.

·Lower dosage, higher water reducing rate. When dosage is 1.0% (calculated in quantity of binding materials) basing on 20% solid contents PCE, water reducing rate can reach 30-35%。

·Good slump retention. The slump loss of Concrete in 1 hour is small.

·Excellent durability.Reduce the dosage of water in a lot, improve the durability of concrete.

·Environmental.There are no harmful chemicals such as Formaldehyde, microcrystalline Chloridion and Sulfate Radical in the process of producing PCE.

Application field： 

The PCE basing on PPEG can be used in retarding concrete,precast concrete,cast -in-place concrete,high performance concrete,flow state concrete,self-compacting concrete and mass concrete. It is widely used in project such as high-speed railway,large bridge,hydroelectric project,nuclear power plant,metro,high way,harbor.
